16)      The Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §     19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, because competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.  The subject matter concerns negotiations over the renewal of the existing Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Fond du Lac and the Fond du Lac-area Towns; also pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with Town legal counsel who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board with respect to possible litigation or the avoidance of possible litigation on matters relating to Trail’s End Pub N Grub, Ronald E. Boda and Jeanette M. Boda.  Roll call vote required for closed session.
