LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 4, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Byron Town Hall, N3097 HWY 175, the Town of Byron Board of Appeals will consider the application of Todd Pinno and T.A.P. Trucking & Excavating LLC for a special use permit for non-metallic mining of the Herman Steger property known as the Steger Sand Pit located in the E ½, SW ¼, consisting of approximately 4.96 acres in Section 22, T14N, R17E, Parcel Nos. T04-14-17-22-09-001-00 and T04-14-17-22-12-001-00 in the Town of Byron, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. The meeting is open to the public. All interested persons are encouraged to attend.
Note: Members of the Town Board may also be present at the hearing. However, the Town Board will not be taking action on the subject matter.
