LEGAL NOTICE
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING TO APPROVE 2009 HIGHWAY EXPENDITURES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 10, 2009 at 6:45 p.m. at the Byron Town Hall, N3097 HWY 175, a special town meeting of the electors, called by the Town Board pursuant to sec. 60.12(1)(c), Wisconsin Statutes, will be held to amend the total 2009 highway budget pursuant to sec. 82.03(2), Wisconsin Statutes. The Town Board will also seek elector approval to borrow the necessary funds to complete 2009 road projects.
To be eligible to vote, you must be a U.S. citizen age 18 or over who has resided in the town for at least 10 days prior to the meeting.
