LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 27, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Byron Town Hall the Town of Byron Board of Appeals will consider the reapplication of Greg Barber for a variance on the maximum length of a proposed cul-de-sac located in a proposed subdivision in a part of the South One-half (S½) of the Southwest Quarter (SW ¼) of Section One, Township 14 North, Range 17 East, of the Town of Byron. The meeting is open to the public. All interested persons are encouraged to attend.
Note: Members of the Town Board may also be present at the hearing. However, the Town Board will not be taking action on the subject matter.
