ADULT-ORIENTED ESTABLISHMENTS ORDINANCES

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 21, 2011 the Town of Byron,

Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, adopted new Zoning, Subdivision and Land Division, and Adult-Oriented Establishments Ordinances.  Included in the Zoning Ordinance are the following topics:

            Article VI         -           Multi-Family Residential District

            Article XII       -           Special Uses

            Article XIII      -           Board of Appeals

            Article XVII     -           Changes and Amendments

            PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that these Ordinances contain penalties and forfeitures for violations of the various provisions.
