NOTICE – TOWN OF BYRON

Notice is hereby given that Scott Emerson Brittain owner of Guido’s Spirits & Sandwich Co. located and residing at N3041 State Road 175, Byron has applied for a Class B Liquor License.

Notice is also given that Todd & Angela Cardinal, owners of Hunters Point Hunt Club LLC, P.O. Box 266, County Road F, Brownsville, WI  53006, residing at W6222 Cemetery Rd., Van Dyne, WI  54979 has applied for a Class B Liquor License.

Both Licenses are for the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 in the Township of Byron, County of Fond du Lac.

The Town Board will be acting on this application at the regular board meeting to be held Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.
