LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 7, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Byron Town Hall the Town of Byron Town Board will receive the recommendation of the Plan Commission concerning the application of Derek and Shannon Toshner for the rezoning to Commercial of approximately one (1) acre presently zoned Agricultural and located at W5374 County Road B in the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of Section 14 of the Town. A map of the affected property may be obtained from the Town Attorney Paul W Rosenfeldt by calling 920-922-0470. The Town Board may take final action on the application at this hearing. The meeting is open to the public. All interested persons are encouraged to attend.
