LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 4, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Byron Town Hall, the Town of Byron Plan Commission will consider the application of Ronald Boda and the Wisconsin Conference Board of Methodist Churches for the rezoning to residential use of approximately 2.25 acres presently zoned exclusive agriculture and located on the north side of County Road F in the Southeast Quarter of Section 20 of the Town. A map of the affected property may be obtained from Town Attorney Paul W Rosenfeldt by calling 920-922-0470. The meeting is open to the public. All interested persons are encouraged to attend.
